Work in Progress

When I was a teen, purple and orange were favourite colours. They appear in this book as an hommage to my cousin Margie who has a knack for reminding me what is truly important - not the colours, but the joy and fond memories they represent. Thanks Maudie!

Jackie

This book was partially inspired by the original title about an Old Man and a mystery. The music of Scottish singer/songwriter, Jackie Leven, helped through the entire process of  folding and colour selection. We are born in a wave of darkness and experience many waves and levels of activity throughout life to return, in a final wave, to darkness then on to whatever may or may not follow.
